We were appointed to produce a compliant drawing to accompany a title separation to HM Land Registry for a residential parcel in Gloucestershire.
The client had buried her late husband at the rear of the garden and had decided to get her affairs in order as she too wished to be buried in the site in the future, and she wanted to avoid future complications for family members inheriting the property and the burial plot.
