Location: London
We were appointed to create a residential lease plan for the first floor flat of a building in London; the building consists of a ground floor and first floor flat. The flats share a hallway which is hatched yellow for a shared access, along with the frontage of the building and the shared bin store to the front was coloured brown and shown on the drawing key.
